Hourly Site Leasing Rates

The venue may be in use by more than one couple simultaneously.  To ensure privacy for each party, we make every effort to arrange that the sites leased are separated as much as possible.  To do this, celebrations are booked for sites adjacent to the ceremony location.  The site pairings and their hourly base leasing rates are as follows:

Woodland Gardens:  The Azalea Garden and The Pine Stand (with pop-up gazebo)

Sylvan Hide-Away:  The Tree House and Canopy Deck (pop-up gazebo available for rain)

Walled Garden:  The Cabbage Rose Garden, Evelyn's Garden and The Garden Cottage

Formal Garden:  The English Country Garden and The Grand Ol' Southern Porch

Ceremony Only

Starting at $250.00/hour up to 2 hours (plus 1 hour set-up/break-down)

Ceremony and Celebration

Woodland Garden:  Starting at $250/hour (plus 1 hour set-up/break-down)

Sylvan Hide-Away:  Starting at $300/hour (plus 1 hour set-up/break-down)

Walled Garden:  Starting at $450/hour (plus 1 hour set-up/break-down)

Formal Garden:  Starting at $500/hour (plus 1 hour set-up/break-down)

All site leasing agreements are based on availability and provide rain-or-shine protection for a group of up to 10 people.  Maximum capacity for any site is 10 people plus the Officiant.  Each group will be provided one parking pass for the couple, up to two passes for guests plus a third pass for their officiant for a maximum of four parking passes.
